We were happy and relieved from our 1st conversation with John. He is clear, concise, fair, and professional. He is an excellent communicator. He answered all of our questions throughout the job. This is the 2nd project the HOA hired John to complete. He did a wonderful job providing solutions to issues with the retention area. He responded quickly to our request and made sure any areas where the equipment dug into the dirt were fixed before completion of the project. The final results look great and the HOA will definitely seek John out for future projects.
