Very disorganized company. The phone numbers offered are all different. Used overnight shipping and was told it would be shipped by the end of the week and am still waiting for the package to be delivered. Address is correct called and verified. Ordered from this company on February 3rd, still awaiting package on March 29th. Have ordered from another company in the meantime and already got my order. I would rate this company at a negative 5 in custamer service and still uncertain if the products will even arrive.

These guys know what theyre doing when it comes to fresh edible mushrooms. They sell and grow kits for individual use and theyve been providing me with fresh white, blue, pink, and golden oyster mushrooms for my restaurant since 02. They cultivate many other kinds of fresh gourmet mushrooms for restaurants or gift baskets as well but you have to contact them to arrange those things and they can get you a steady supply of any mushroom you want to use even ones that are not on their web-site. RIPOFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! dont bother. you order a syringe, you wait more than the time you paid for shipping. then your order arrives.... syringes filled with black liquid???? thats clearly not correct. cant exactly call the BBB to say your boomers arent growing either. so im out 80 bucks. hope you dont make the same mistake.

by far the best genetics on the web. the syringes are large, and yea it takes some time to get an order usually, its because they make them fresh. im sick of noob idiots writing bad reviews because they couldnt sterilize their stuff. its not ET its your fault morons for trying to steam or boil sterilize your jars! plus almost every aspect of this hobby is learning or already possesing patience. you people who think its instantaneous are delusional.
