This is regarding Earthbar online support, which has done little to resolve numerous issues. With increasing prices over time and decreased quality assurance in both the bowls/smoothies (watery bowls, missing toppings that are said to be included in the description, less fruit and granola, large golf ball sized chunks of solid ice in the middle) and the app platform, including misleading and falsely advertised promotions sent via their app that are not applied at checkout after following the terms of the offer.
