This is regarding Earthbar online support, which has done little to resolve numerous issues. With increasing prices over time and decreased quality assurance in both the bowls/smoothies (watery bowls, missing toppings that are said to be included in the description, less fruit and granola, large golf ball sized chunks of solid ice in the middle) and the app platform, including misleading and falsely advertised promotions sent via their app that are not applied at checkout after following the terms of the offer. I LOVE Earthbar, also this location. Actually just leaving the Berkeley location made me realize how much I love the Chesnut location. Earth Bar drinks and supplements have really helped my immunity, gut help and overall energy. The drinks are crafted to perfection here and every worker loves their job and customers!
I called to make an edit on my order but no one picked up. Which is fine... if the voicemail box wasn't out of memory.... And since my order was time sensitive - I tried to call several more times but was then sent to voicemail..... every time Which begs the question why do you have a phone number if you don't plan to a) Pick up the phone b) Consistently keep your voicemail in check Odd decision
