Best workout smoothie, expensive but delicious and healthy.
Terrible staff this evening. They under-blended my $16 smoothie, extremely icy. When I mentioned it to them they couldn’t understand what I was saying. Told them it’s extremely icy and I’m chewing the ice. Still didn’t understand. Finally one asked if they should remake my drink with no ice. Obviously not. It’s a smoothie. I just walked away instead. Terrible customer service
I really should have asked the worker to remake the drink earlier today (5/31) because it was that awful. I’ve had the Flax Master at the Van Ness (SoMa) location & it always make my day. She must have not put any Açaí because it was much lighter and tasted like ice & banana only. $18 (including the 3+ $ tip). Fml I didn’t think it was possible mess up a smoothie so badly. 😭
