The management at this Earthbar/Equinox is absolutely awful. They rudely demanded that I sign a waiver that requested a lot of personal info just to pick up a smoothie I ordered online for pickup. The worst part is the inconsistency, as these rules are sometimes enforced and sometimes not. Would recommend you skip and try somewhere else.
