We have signed a contract with Gugu or Mr. Gadalla and there have been long wait times between communication and we still haven't' received the results of the perc tests.
I don’t know where to start but in summary, avoid this company like the plague. They can literally ruin your business. We have been “working” with this company since Nov 2024 and paid for services in Jan 2025, as the previous owner of our recently purchased commercial build out had already gotten plans done through Earth Strata and unfortunately they had been stamped and approved by county but the stamp had recently expired. DO NOT do business with this guys, they the WORST in the market look somewhere else
I was impressed by their technical expertise and the detailed reports they provided. They gave me the facts I needed to make a informed decision about the property.
The worst experience I've ever had. I guess my $60K was not worth their effort.
