I was impressed by their technical expertise and the detailed reports they provided. They gave me the facts I needed to make a informed decision about the property.
The worst experience I've ever had. I guess my $60K was not worth their effort.
Hogan was great and very informative, gave me quotes in a reasonable time for perc test and Geotechnical report. However, I went to drop off the signed contracts at their office and try to pay, the man in the front office was so horribly rude to me. Seriously man, I was 100% ready to pay you 7000$ (too much in my opinion) but that interaction alone caused me to walk out. Im sure they're busy and 7000$ might not be much to them, but still, that 1 minute interaction is why I am going elsewhere.
I do not recommend them at all. Won’t let me make a long post on why but STAY AWAY.
