This company makes a nice profit on charging a 20% restocking fee on an unopened box. In order to see this fee, you must read the fine print on store policies. No where is this policy found during the check out process. Plus there is no easy way to cancel an order. I called the company and spoke with Diana who tried to contact her manager Mat *** who was gone for the day at 1:17 PM MST. In addition, no company phone number is listed on the detail section of your credit card statement.

VERY POOR SERVICE!!!! In December, 2017 I purchased a pellet fireplace insert from Earth Sense in Green Bay, WI. I was told it could not be installed until after the 1st of January, 2018. No problem (I thought). I also purchased the extended warranty and 2 tons of pellets. Made a down payment and took the option of six months free finance and planned to pay it off as soon as the stove was installed. I have had several communications with technical support regarding our Winslow PS40 pellet stove. This company has the best customer service I have had for a long time. Their expertise, communication and listening skills are phenomenal. With their help we have repaired our pellet stove to have years more enjoyment from it. Great people to work with AWESOME products.
We've had our Harmon Pellet Stove for 11 years, the only heat source we have for our cottage. It's been trouble-free and completely dependable. Before I purchased the stove, Earth Sense gave a class on how, when, and what other maintenance information I needed to use our stove. We bought a duplex in Marshfield WI in 2015 and needed all new windows, a front door and a new patio door on one half. We saw a promotion in the Buyers Guide for Earth Sense so we called to see if they could meet with us. From day one of meeting them everything went easy. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to make this process go smoothly.
