They called ahead of time to day they were on their way and arrived a couple of minutes early. David was very professional, explained what was involved with cleaning the dryer vent and did a great job. Wore shoe protectors and cleaned the floor behind the dryer as well. David came out to clean the dryer vent ducting in the house that I had just moved into. He went beyond normal services because of a unique problem. We could not find the outside vent. He determined that it had been removed and the hole covered over when the the house was resided. He located where it belonged and installed one. The bill was very reasonable too.

Owner could not be more sincere about doing an excellent job! He answers questions, explains what he can accomplish and/or not accomplish and then proceeds to do even what he though he might not be able to do. For example: He warned that some of the stains in our carpet might not be removable, but he managed somehow to make everything beautiful again.
