Absolutely the best carpet cleaning service I've ever used. David was thorough, with great attention to detail, and doesn't skip on quality. While he's not cheap, you definitely get your moneys worth with his service.

My new dryer complained that the dryer vent was 80% blocked. I found Earth Pro Clean, a locally owned company, on the BBB site. I looked at the Earth Pro Clean website and was able to get an estimate of the work, and used the online scheduling to set up an appointment for Monday. David B*** called me and was able to come earlier than my scheduled appointment. He explained what he was going to do, and I saw what the large vacuum and his tools pulled out of my dryer vent. Earth Pro Clean LLC is the only service I will use and I am so glad I found this company. Their integrity is impeccable, as are the carpets after they are cleaned. I initially chose Earth Pro Clean LLC because they use non-toxic chemicals and understand why that is important to my family, but even if I didn't need the non-toxic approach, I would still use Earth Pro Clean. My carpet was a mess from moving in and had tried cleaning it myself. It improved slightly, but seemed hopeless so I decided to that I would replace it. Circumstances left me unable to afford that any time soon. I had used Earth Pro here shortly after I moved in to deal with dryer vent issues and was very impressed so I decided to call them out for the carpet. Outstanding service from the ability to schedule online and pick the time most convenient for me to the prompt arrive according to the time picked.
