He was incredibly honest and told me his services weren’t the best fit, which I really respected. He even recommended companies that were a better fit for what I need. I used Earth Energy Audits for our required energy audit prior to listing our house. The fee structure was very clearly identified on their website. I booked online, got a confirmation, and a reminder. The auditor showed up on time (actually a bit early). He was very professional and respectful of our home. He explained what he would be doing and asked questions. I received the report the same day. Very good overall experience.
