PSA - Stephen Ward assaulted me in September 2024, using a tympanometry instrument. I am 100% certain it was intentional. Police report filed the same day yet he is still practicing. FYI this procedure is not supposed to be painful or cause lasting pain. Furthermore, if you tell a practitioner that you experience discomfort, they should not respond by smirking and carrying on assaulting you further. Another person spoke with police also. FYI
A person I support in the community contacted this office due to ear pain. They got her in quickly, and the gentleman who saw her was very kind and calm. He also managed to explain what was happening at a level she was able to understand. This is very important when providing care to people with anxiety surrounding meddical appointments or procedures. Highly recommend this office. Thank you for your help today!
