I must say that now after purchasing 3 vehicles from Ace Earnhardt with the help of his assistant Joel DeLaRosa. I would recommend these men and the Earnhardt Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep Store or for that matter any of the Earnhardt Dealers. They treat the customers with utmost respect and courtesy. The value and pricing I received was unbeatable. Plus the continued follow up after the sale and the quality of their service department is always top notch. I give them 5 stars.
Do not ever buy a vehicle from Earnhardt Chrysler in AZ especially the Dodge Journey. My mother purchased this car with a 6 yr extended drive train warranty so I could go to my cancer treatment in another city. Now my less than 3 year old car still looks great is giant pile of garbage. They would not honor the warranty and from what I hear from other customers is that they will find any way to get out of it. They were terrible at returning phone calls and sometimes never did.
