Charles is the agent that you need. Very responsive, knowledgeable and patient. The best part is response time, you don’t need to wait hours for answer. Even if he is not sure, he will let you know that he is working on it. We never had to wait till next morning to hear back from him. Every appointment that we had with him, he was always waiting for us. Based on our past experience, he deserves 6 stars on 5-star scale.
