In July, we submitted a maintenance request for mold growing underneath the carpet with a picture attached. Our rent was paid up through July. It is now September and the mold has since spread through most of the apartment and the environment is not habitable due to the toxins from the mold. Maintenance never showed during the 2 separate scheduled times and cancelled our request(s) without notice. I have asthma and had to go to the Emergency Room for the first attack I've had in years due to this situation.
Charles is the agent that you need. Very responsive, knowledgeable and patient. The best part is response time, you don’t need to wait hours for answer. Even if he is not sure, he will let you know that he is working on it. We never had to wait till next morning to hear back from him. Every appointment that we had with him, he was always waiting for us. Based on our past experience, he deserves 6 stars on 5-star scale.
