I didn't know what to expect with the EISS program. I was coming off a bad experience elsewhere. I was out of medication and without therapy for 4 months. After my 30 days I'm leaving with a great experience and after care. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, caring and concerned about the clients. Kim was my therapist. Called the on call line for off hours crisis diversion and the phone picked up and hung up right away four times. FOR A CRISIS DIVERSION PROGRAM. The person on call was Case Manager Sarah. They have no help to give you there is no hope you're better off finding yourself placement it'll be a lot faster than working with EISS
