Let me start this off by saying the staff is very nice and very customer oriented - I had no issues when actually talking with everyone through this whole thing. However, we had called on a Sunday to book an appointment for an ultrasound, and the lady confirmed us for a 4:30 appointment that Tuesday. We show up Tuesday at around 4:15 and the doors are locked with the lights off. No biggie, we hang out thinking someone was coming. By 4:45 I start calling. No answer first time.
