Chicken and waffles are amazing! Great service and get your food quick!
The chicken and waffles just changed my life. I've tried countless chicken and waffles in countless restaurants and the complexity in this "simple" dish blew my mind! My normal breakfasts are now completely ruined
Went in for breakfast and had an amaxing meal. Great customer service and love the atmosphere of the building. Definitely will go back and recommend to people.

We had heard about this place from DDD and knew we had to stop there ! We knew we were going to try the chicken and waffles. But they had a special , princess Leah pancakes! Only available May 4th! Went in to fine some lady told us to take seat sitting there for five minutes watching people right beside us get served no one not once came and asked not one thing! Next thing u know a guy walks in BOOM he gets served a drink order and menu ! So of course I leave. The decency to at least say we don't serve you or your not welcomed would have been nice! What was the reason for that my skin color or the way I dress? To be featured on food network with service like this baffled! Had a good meal to make up at BOXCAR BETTY

I read so many reviews that I had to visit. All the good things are true and none of the bad ( they must have been in a different place). Shrimp and grits are heavenly.
