jared was fantastic! our water heater leaked a lot of water onto the carpet late one afternoon. jared arrived in under an hour and quickly set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry everything out. we had to let the equipment run for quite a while since there was so much water. jared came by twice to check on us and even adjusted the fans to target the wettest areas. he also checked the moisture levels in the walls. after that, he re-stretched the carpet and gave it a thorough cleaning! i didn’t talk much about the price because w... read more
Jorge is absolutely amazing! While I was away in Washington for a long time, he took care of cleaning, fixing, mothproofing, and adding new fringe to my Aubusson rug, as well as several Persian and Chinese carpets. The repair on my Aubusson was done so well that nobody can even spot where it was damaged. When I got back, I had to look very closely to find the repaired spot.
