I have been an Earl's fan for years, but I was very disappointed today. Only 1-2 employees were wearing masks. The people taking orders, cooking/preparing food and carrying out orders had no facial coverings. Very disappointed in the complete lack of concern for employee or customer safety. When I enquired about the lack of masks I was told it was too hot in the kitchen.
RecommendedBoth orders thru Postmates- We had an issue with *******’s last week forgetting the bbq sauce. It happens, I get that, but kinda ruins everything else. I commented on this order “please don’t forget the bbq sauce, *******’s f’d us last week on that. 💙” So Earls today gave us EXTRA sauce & a friendly note on a copy of their menu. Love the personal touch, was pretty funny. Also the ribs were much better than *******’s last week. Recommended10/10 would recommend. The mac and cheese is so good that even the grown ups want seconds. What else could I want from a rib place? Oh yeah, meat. That’s also really good! And, if you want icing on the cake, they’re a locally owned and operated company.
Very clean and fast friendly service. support local small businesses in this time of insecurity.
My all time fav I mostly go every weekend because I fill up good for cheap🤤😂♥️
