RecommendedWe go to Earls frequently. We love Earls. I always recommend it and say your baked beans are the only ones better than mine. But service tonight was very poor. We had to get own refills multiple times and it is supposed to be table service. The server disappeared for long periods of time. The food quality hasn’t been as good the last few times. RecommendedWe've eaten here too many times to count and every time we've been the food was awesome, the service was great and every one is friendly, a couple of the staff have gone so far as to try to remember our names & greet us when we come in. I think my favorite (besides their blackberry cobbler) has got to be the Super loaded baked potato with the chopped brisket

Poor service. Understaffed. Felt rushed to be seated then waited Over 15 minutes to have drink orders taken. When Cassie(with blue hair) took our order she told us that if we wanted to yell at her for being delayed she will certainly understand. I don’t think that was appropriate and am a bit offended by it. This place was not that busy to have this type of service. Cassie did try to turn things around for us but it was a bit too late. The sad part is we were celebrating my husbands birthday and it turned out to be a bummer.
