true BBQ spot. excellent lean brisket so tender it would literally fall apart! the fried okra was also delicious! wait staff was super friendly.I had a to-go order and it was ready in just a few minutes and everyone was very nice-restaurant was clean and food was amazing!
Wow normally love Earls but picked up lunch around 1:30pm, a sliced brisket sandwich. The bun was coarse and stale and the brisket was dry and so tough i tossed it. Not giving up on Earls the one on Reno never misses but probably won’t return here. There is no way the person who prepared this sandwich didn’t realize they were handing out very pricey crap.

Had a wonderful baked potato with pulled pork. The meal was great but I was most impressed by the friendliness of all the staff I encountered. Most notable is the lovely attendant in the south room. I watched her as she was constantly in motion looking for the next table to clean or the next person to greet. I was so impressed then thought she might be the owner because she took such pride in her work, so I asked as I left. No, but she’s worked there 17 years! Earl’s on Western must be doing many things right! I’ll be back.
