I left my jeep there for an idling and highway problem where it literally won’t run proper. Who ever this guy is calling and answering the phone is so grumpy, was not helpful, he couldn’t get off the phone fast enough, told me nothing was wrong with it when it won’t drive for more than 15 minutes. So massive bill to be treated and spoken too like garbage. Not cool

I wanted to share our positive experience with Earl's Automotive. When I made the appointment for my daughter's car, I explained what my daughter has been going through and how I googled searched and found most of their reviews were positive and honest. I can honestly say that this garage will most definitely be our new go to, my daughter agrees. We also loved that they gave a print out to show the GM dealer what they found that needs replacing. Great and speedy service, accurate pricing, and Mr. Earl has graciously provided me with a loaner car for the times I wasn't able to arrange arrangements. I have an '06 Acura and Mr. Earl was able to source parts quickly and efficiently. A++
