Beau came and inspected the house I am buying. He was very friendly and helpful. Beau is the only home inspector I have ever had that was willing to meet me at the house and review everything in person with thorough explanations. Beau did an inspection today for a client of mine, and he was great! Very thorough in what he was doing and considerate of the personal property. He communicated issues well, and even booked pest inspection for us. I will definitely be calling Beau for future inspections and will be recommending him to other agents!
I was having issues with my sprinkler system... Water bill was running over $300/mo. last summer. I had Beau come take a look at things, and he quickly noticed that my incoming water pressure was over 100 psi. He suggested AND set up for a pumber the next day!! Water no longer flows like a river through my yard when the sprinklers are on, and I noticed lower water bills in the non-water-sprinkler-running months as well with normal in-house use!!
