I have lived here for 5+ years and the area is always well kept and clean. The new property Manager Rebecca is awesome! She goes over and beyond to ensure that you are accommodated. The area is so quaint and quiet and I love that!
I am not new to this apartment complex and have been here for several years. I love it here. The manager, Rebecca, has been so helpful since taking office and she is always welcoming and willing to resolve any issues I have. The other person I have to give credit to is the on-site maintenance staff, Jess. She is phenomenal. She is always kind and she is very knowledgeable and skilled across many different trades. I just want to say........... Thanks to both of them for making me feel welcome.
Earl of Warwick square apartments is a great place to live. Rebecca the apartment manager is very nice. Jessica the maintenance person fixes things correctly in a timely manner.
The Apartment Manager was very helpful and thorough with helping me complete my application. She was also very diligent and got back to me with all the information I needed to finish before I had to put my notice in my current apartment. Thank you look forward to staying here!!!!
