They keep messaging you until they collect the application fee, but once they have it, there is no response. It is an unprofessional and unethical company; they don't actually look at your income or credit score. They just want to get the money, so they ask for a second person to apply, only to issue a rejection later.

Great team of Earl, Joe, and Jojo. They were crucial on the purchase, handled the property later as a rental, and with the selling process. I couldn't have been more pleased with the level of care and dedication. I'd rank them 6/5 stars if it let me

Mr. Earl Sanders is an extraordinary real estate agent. He was highly recommended to us by my sister-in-law. My husband and I were very impressed from the first time we met him. He explained everything to us, in detail, the process of selling a home. He was very thorough. He went above and beyond in preparing our home for the market and with everything else.
