Dr. Harley is a wonderful pediatric ENT and is focused on what is best for each patient! Takes the time to listen to my concerns and answers all of my questions! He is a gifted physician!
Dr. Harley and his nurses were great at our initial visit, but we scheduled a 2 week follow up and his office cancelled. We rebooked a second time then his office rescheduled that appointment to a time we couldn’t make. Called to see if we could move and was given attitude by the receptionist because we were asking for a sooner date (even though their office cancelled two earlier appointments). When we asked to just cancel (since our 2 week follow up was becoming a 6 week follow up), the receptionist said “alright” and hung ... read more
