Would give zero stars if I could. This morning Google indicated the clinic opened at 9:00 a.m., but when I arrived around 8:30, the sign on the door stated they opened at 10:00 a.m., so I waited outside in the cold. By 10:00 a.m., there was still no receptionist or staff present. At 10:30 a.m., another patient was finally able to reach the clinic by phone and was told they were closed for the day because their “website is up to date.” I then looked and saw they had changed the hours on Google to be closed today. I visited on the morning of Tuesday, December 9, 2025, to receive a tetanus shot after seriously injuring my finger at work. I was concerned that receiving medical treatment might result in high costs, so I initially planned to get only the tetanus shot. However, Dr. E Kao carefully checked the wound for signs of infection without charging any additional consultation fees. It was such a positive experience that I felt compelled to share it in a review.
