Got a full roof replacement. Mike had excellent commutation from day one, till the very end. Answered all my questions. There was a wait list, but absolutely worth it, they came and did some repairs to get me through the winter for the full replacement in the summer. I woke up to a leak in my kitchen ceiling yesterday and pretty much panicked. A co-worker recommended this company and I am so grateful. A company that really believes in service! Owen’s Corning didn’t honor my warranty claim but Earhart took care of everything, 5 years after the job. Fantastic!
Great roofing job—professional, on budget, and no surprise costs (except the gutters). Only downside: the crew promised to reattach my gutters but never did, and the company refused to come back. I had to pay $350 to have another company reinstall them. Quality roof, but make sure everything promised is in writing. Three stars for lack of follow through.
