tell your bank to not use this company! They lowballed our house so bad. They compared it to a house, not even in the same geographic area. If I could give this zero stars, I would.
Under values home, takes their sweet time, and does not want to communicate at all. Made our closing take 3 extra weeks. Thanks guys. Wish we could get our $700 back, feel like we wasted our money.
Appraisal had so many mistakes and they would not redact there appraisal. They do not even follow the proper guidelines that are needed for an appraisal.
Did a terrible job on the appraisal. Low balled in favor of the bank.
