We had an excellent experience with this hearing aid clinic for my grandfather. The staff was extremely kind, patient, and respectful, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure he felt comfortable throughout the process. His hearing has improved significantly, and it has made a real difference in his daily life and conversations with family. We truly appreciate the care and professionalism shown and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for hearing support for a loved one.
Extremely rude clinician. The clinic was oddly dark and had a very uncomfortable, unsettling atmosphere. I did not feel welcome or at ease during the visit.
I googled this place, and was able to get in the next day. My appointment was for 12:30, i got there about 10 minutes before, and Ben took me in right away, i didn't even sit in the waiting room! Ben, thank you very much for your kindness and fast service.
