Very thorough, courteous and knowledgeable!
Worst company on the planet. Don't bother to call them. I made an appointment based on Excellus recommendation a full month in advance. Then while on vacation I get a call the Dr. is not going to be in - need to reschedule. So I say I will call when I get back. Today I get a notice to show up for the appointment. So t I call the 800# on the reminder - they try to reach the local office - no answer. So I try the local office and I get someone who says he is the owner on the phone who keeps interrupting me and talking over me.... read more
