The service is fine but the wait times are too long. Every visit here (3x) we've checked in on time for our appointment and still sat in the waiting room for an hour. There's a small TV with no sound so the kids get bored very fast and it's cramped with others waiting. I'm not sure what the point of having an appointment is. That being said, our daughter was treated well and the staff are friendly but it shouldn't take 2 hours for a re-check, with an appointment.
just now New I scheduled an appointment back in march for a consultation for a tonsillectomy with dr henry on friday i got a call asking if i wanted to move my appointments up due to cancellations i said yes . She said she placed me for June 16th at 11 am . Today i get to my appointment at 10:45am & the girl in the front is already rude & dismissive while checking me in . 35 mins into my appointment time i ask when would i be pulled back i have to get back to work . & she said there’s still 1 person ahead of me . i’m confuse... read more
Don’t come here , I had a procedure with Dr Schroeder it wasn’t don’t correctly , scheduled a follow up had to wait 4 months for him to cancel, he’s always gone and hard to schedule him . office staff are bad at answering their phones. Go to another doctor

They truly care about the well-being of their patients. I highly recommend their services for any ear, nose, or throat issues. Very Satisfied And also professional and attentive staff. This Surgery Center is an Olympic team of top of the line Doctors and Nurses. Dr. Goll did an amazing job, I recently had a sinus procedure, and from start to finish I was well informed on all the details. I would like to thank the wonderful nurses who assisted me, Krystal, Kat, Mia, thank you for your warm, and first class care, well done ladies. Dr. Goll you are truly the best of the best.
