I have been going thru them for an operation for my ear and during the time I was getting it done doctor jenna was so amazing her and the whole crew around me were so understanding and supportive they really go all out to make sure your comfortable and I didn’t feel a thing I didn’t even know it was happening when they fixed my ear I really appreciate this place and I will definitely come back if I need another surgery !
Mother was 5 minutes late due to road blocks blocking their entrance. They made her reschedule.
Dr Cederberg is great. However, the billing department is absolutely terrible. Our children have had several procedures with them, last being last fall. We overpaid by several hundred dollars, and I have contacted them multiple times to get a refund. By their own admission, claims were finalized in March. We still have not received a refund. My provider listened to me. Provided a variety of information, and assessments to rule out different issues. She was nice to provide me with a recap of the information reviewed.
I would not recommend this place if you are looking for an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist. I have had two appointments both of which I only saw the PA for less than 15 minutes. The PA did not seem knowledgeable or really that caring in trying to help diagnose my condition. Bills were very high especially for the lack of care and customer service provided. Check the other negative reviews, they are spot on. I wish I would have played more attention to them before I wasted almost a $1000 at this place.
