Horrible experience. Do not put your health care on people like them.
Very good experience. Had a partial septoplasty and turbinate reduction. Dr McKenna was very informative. Surgery was seamless. Results have been very good. Highly recommend Dr McKenna.
5 stars for Dr Kopp, 0 stars for billing. I have traditional Medicare PLUS AARP supplement, so my deductible is all of 200+ dollars. I was made to pay a "deductible" for my first appointment last July. This did not make sense but I really needed to see an ENT. I just found out that Medicare/AARP paid in full and the money I paid is just sitting there as a credit. At no point did the billing office say anything or refund me, not even at the end of the year. If I could give a zero I would, for the billing department. Charged me $273.72 the day I had my appointment. This was the amount they told me over the phone, the day before because "since its self pay, its more than usual". Nurse asked me if I wanted to pay for "a scope" before I even saw the doctor in which I said no since I wanted to hear what he had to say at first. I had a disappointing experience with DR MCKENNA. My appointment lasted less than 5 minutes, during which I was told that I don't need surgery — it felt more like a quick dismissal than a thorough examination. When I asked about the condition of my skin around my ear , the doctor responded, 'I'm not a dermatologist, so I can't tell you.' Sir, did you not go through rigorous medical school to identify a common skin condition such as eczema? This was frustrating, as I expected a more informed response.
