Dr. Michael Sherbin saw my daughter regarding pain in sinus area and tinnitus (constant ringing in ears). He told her to quit listening to loud music on her earbuds. (She does not listen to music with earbuds). He did not acknowledge her tinnitus problem. Told her to go get a hearing test and have a CT scan for sinus area. He then scheduled a virtual appointment to go over the results. Which he couldn't hear anything my daughter said. However, he never set up the CT scan. I had an appointment with Dr. Michael Sherbin today through McLaren Health Care and had a very good experience. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to evaluate my symptoms and explain what was going on. I appreciated that he listened to my concerns and didn’t rush the appointment. The staff was also professional and the visit felt well organized and warm. I would definitely recommend him to anyone dealing with ear, nose, or throat issues. Thank you guys again

My boyfriend was referred to Dr. Nouha Alammar to have a mild ear infection looked at caused by an ingrown hair however, the problem was not with the treatment of his ear it was the extremely unprofessional way she tried to sell unessary plastic surgery to him. He was told that he had a deviated septum and that he needed surgery to correct his nose or he "wouldn't be finding anymore girlfriends."
