I was very pleased with the staff and Dr. Mark Williams. Eventhough we waited when we first arrived it was expected because she was a new patient. He was very sincere and he talked to me about the procedure and what was to be expected from us as parents and what we should expect from him. The staff was friendly and apologized for the wait. I hated my visit. I have a 1 1/2 year old and he has been there twice. his first time for a pre-tube consultation. he has surgery at another location with Dr. Williams, The second time we went for a follow up. Reasons for not recomending: 1- They keep you waiting every step of the way. I waited 40 minutes to be seen. Another ten minutes in the examination room.
