This place help me with my allergy
Was very impressed with Ms.Whitte n.p. , she is very knowledgeable and caring. We will continue to see her in the future. I would highly recommend her for hearing problems.
We arrived at the office at 10:28, our appointment was at 10:15. The receptionist was so slow that by the time we got to check in it was 10;51! When we tried to check in, she said we were more than 15 minutes late and they couldn't see us. We tried to explain what time we arrived, and we were only late because they had train tracks shut down. She proceeded to argue and then went and got someone else who lied and said she seen us walk by the window at 10:47! That was a complete lie! Very unprofessional!!
Prompt service. No waiting
I was really impressed with Ms. Witte the NP. She was thorough and knowledgeable. My only negative was the check in/out procedure. All expected to be one by one person. It waited 20 minutes to check in (behind 2 other patients) and 10 minutes to check out and make my next appointment. I am patient, no problem, but there was no good place to stand without being in the flow of traffic. The staff was great. The flow just needs some adjustment.
