Impossible to get anyone on the phone (it routes to Ft Wayne, so it's not because this specific office is closed), no matter how long you wait for someone to answer. They tell you on the phone message that you can schedule in less than 5 minutes online, however, their scheduling online is less than worthless - and we even have an account. If it's this hard just to get a hold of them for a follow up appointment, guess I'll take my business elsewhere.
