Staff and docs were very nice and courteous. Docs did not have a dry personality.

Shouldn't any medical office notify you prior to providing you with any services (not emergency) that may not be covered by insurance company? I thing their business model is to charge a little bit no matter what insurance may pay for or not/ or this office should be a better job setting better/more realistic expectations to its patience so they are aware of expenses they will insure for something as simple as a video call with a doctor for 7 minutes.
