Everyone was very nice and helpful. I originally came in for one issue but ended up having another issue happen, both were addressed. The doctor and nurses took their time to listen to my concerns, Helped me with both issues, explained everything very clearly to me, even helped me when I was having anxiety during my appointment.
The appointment was very quick and all of our questions/concerns were answered.

Dr. Tojo was great; knowledgeable and compassionate. I wasn't a big fan of the audiologist who performed my hearing test. She was NOT personable, didn't seem to have time to discuss my results. I don't even know what percentage of hearing loss I have. She basically just told me I have hearing loss because I'm old. I didn't learn how to prevent further loss or what type of loss I have.
