I’ve never taken the time to write a bad review on google , but I truly needed to after the experience I’ve had the past year with them. Each appointment I’ve had I have left feeling absolutely terrible and made to feel like my symptoms weren’t worth looking into. My primary doctor has referred me here multiple times for concerning neck issues and in this past year they’ve came to no conclusion other than “your fine , just monitor it”. Do not schedule an appointment with this office. They will set up an appointment with a non-MD medical personnel and charge you for a doctors visit. If you disagree with the diagnosis, they will charge you to see the actual doctor a second time. The nurse practitioners and PAs have no idea what they’re doing and Should not be allowed to see patients and give a diagnosis. Office staff is also extremely rude and business manager has no idea What she’s doing. Again, do not go here.
We would give 0 stars if we could. Husband went in for ear pain that was keeping him up at night. Dr drained his ears said he needs tubes due to swimmers ear. So a few months later husband calls to schedule the procedure and they said that Dr left they have to start all over. Hubby says no, use the info on file, they said there’s nothing in your file. I called to set up an apointment assuming it would be awhile before I would seen. They scheduled me for a visit the next morning. Turned out I just needed my ears cleaned. Was in and out in 30 minutes and felt like a new man. Great service
Refused care, have insurance and they refused to use it and tried billing me a deposit. When the insurance info was incorrect. Called office manager and no call back. Wouldnt recommend this office all they do is argue with patients
