i love my doctor but the message on the phone is forever ..how do you get through ????? i have gone to guidewell a few times and i know they hurt my ears... why can't someone just pick up a phone today? after 3 confirms 2 weeks ago on MY end i get to office SORRY you have no appointment after my kind friend took off to take me.front desk could care less. i see the best reviews were years ago. which makes me sad because i adore my doctor. it is their phone system which is old and they will not change for patience ease. the po... read more
The office staff is very friendly, as is Dr. Parasher. I had 3 appts within 5 weeks. After the initial appt, it felt as though I was repeating and reminding what my symptoms were as Dr. Parasher would say things to me that didn't jive with my history. I had the first timeslot of the day for all 3 appts. For the 2nd appt, she was 10 min late, for the 3rd, she was 45 min late. I then cancelled my 4th (monday appt) on the Friday before and they charged me $100 even after calling. Double-standard.
The worst experience ever! Front desk lady talking over me the whole entire time plus she had a nasty attitude on top of it. After that I chose to schedule elsewhere. This tells you a lot already.
Worst clinics and customer service ever. Requested a new patient appointment last week online and never received any contact. Tried calling twice this week and sat on hold for 10 minutes before being allowed to leave a voicemail and still no one gets back to you. Was trying to get in with Dr. Green as my primary referred me, but I’ll gladly take my insurance and money elsewhere where I can actually get in and they actually have staff to schedule appointments.
