Went in to be seen after going to the ER for two ruptured eardrums and substantial blood coming out of one ear with extreme pain, facial numbness, hearing loss, and vertigo all to be told there’s too much blood that they can’t see anything so sent me home with ear drops and told me to come back in a month and hopefully by then they’ll be able to see inside my ear… I could not believe that with the seriousness of my symptoms, they did nothing. Felt comfortable in a very uncomfortable procedure. Front desk ladies were very nice and the allergist was informative and made it less scary by explaining everything to me. I appreciate the extra time and patience he showed me.
I've been a patient at WWMG's Audiology department at the location for two, almost 3 years. I started with Dr. Yunet, and now their latest audiologist, Dr. Sara. Hands-down one of the best audiology service providers I've had yet. Rhonda, the receptionist, has always been very helpful and the entire staff has been genuinely helpful and pretty damn awesome. I highly recommend them.
I had my first and last appointment with Dr. Jamie Litvack. It started 40 minutes late, I explained my symptoms to the PA, then Dr. Litvack came in while I was doing this, dismissed her PA, and had me start from the beginning. The whole time, she had this odd look like she either didn’t care or didn’t believe my symptoms.
