I am a patient of Doctor Widitt, and after a couple of visits to resolve a issue with my right hearing, Dr Widitt recommended a Cockler implant in the right ear which he performed 1 month ago, then two weeks ago Doctor Jenna, the audiologist activated the Cockler. This has been a wonderful experience for me to regain my hearing again, Dr Widitt is a truly wonderful doctor/sugeon , and Dr Jenna is a fantastic doctor of audiology. Poor costumer services No empathy to patients Today they make two appointments for a lady and a different location She come here because no body explain her about to the other office Big mistake from the medical staff Lady very sick with a stroke, crying They did not care. Just re schedule for the 18 on December.
From the moment my phone call was answered they were professional and kind. They were able to accommodate in short notice and the staff on site was very kind and knowledgable.
They did not disclose that looking up my nose would be 347 dollars. co pay was 5 dollars. told me at the fromt it 250 then sent a bill for 347/I thought that what ENTs actually did. said it was something different to see if i was a candidate for surgery that I never asked for. I went in to get my ears cleaned out as per my audiologist. My co pay was suppsed to be 5 dollars. Go anywhere else. This is a new thing doctors offices do. They do things to you without disclosure.
