Professional, courteous, prompt, reasonable. They made renting easy. Whenever an issue with the house came up, it was dealt with very quickly, and every concern was addressed. I would recommend renting from them.
Lady hung up in my face before I could sa anything I thought maybe it was the signal but constantly forwarded my call afterwards... probably a sign to not deal with them ..
I too had to call the City Inspector because no repairs was done as promised, E. Harris didn't have a Certificate of Compliance & wasn't suppose to rent this house. After giving us a move in date, getting over $2200.00 but not bringing keys or lease until knowing we had movers waiting (a slick move) to get in, she send her maintenance man to conduct the lease agreement & bring keys, only to walk in with movers to a house not clean, not completely painted, bullet holes in the doors, windows nailed down, gas leak, busted showe... read more
