We booked an appointment for my 3 year old son to have Ear wax removal. From booking appointment to getting it done, Our experience has been really good. FYI: There are few forms required to be filled out and it can be done online. So not to worry. There is plenty of parking space available at the back of the building and you can use either elevator or stairs to go to second floor where it is located. Experience was not good, my ear is still blocked, can't hear anything!, waste of time and money!, and just so owner know i was not instructed or told about using softening agent!
