My appt was with Behrouz Farci, PA He is Wonderful and Compassionate His knowledge and insight was beyond helpful and he thoroughly explained the procedure as well as suggesting non invasive treatment and answered my questions patiently.
Friendly front desk personnel, excellent audiologists, responsive to any questions asked, a comfortable experience all ‘round.
Ear Associates was recommended to me by my son. We live in the Central Valley, and have generally very poor ENT doctors. I called Ear Associates just as they were reopening from the C 19 virus lockdown, I was given an appointment for 2 days later because of the possible serous nature of my case. I got charged $369 for being a new patient, that seems excessive to me and I was not even informed of it by the front desk. Then on top I received a prescription for a nasal spray at $180, while generic ones for $30 would have been fine, at least the doctor could have explained this and what the benefit would be.
Dr. Maw went to extra mile with helping to close a hole in my eardrum with a nonsurgical approach. Nobody had mentioned this as a possibility. I could feel how much she really cares. She is clearly dedicated to giving great service, listens well and takes time to answer questions. Her staff is also very friendly. I can highly recommend these wonderful health care providers
Excellent patient care warrants recognition and appreciation. Unfortunately, many take these skills for granted and do not thank the person who helped them with health advice, situations that need care or merely providing information. I am well aware that complimenting those that offered exceptional patient care can make a huge difference.
