RecommendedTodd is the type of realtor you want when buying or selling your house. He loves what he does and it shows. He is very personable and goes above and beyond to get the job done. Todd is very good at what he does. Our house sold within a day (in the dead of winter) and the next day we had our new house locked down. It was awesome to sell that quick because we needed it so we didn't lose out on the one we wanted to buy. Todd knows the ins and outs of the process and whether you have bought or sold a house before he can take care of any and all concerns you may have. This is the second time we have used him and you can bet when the time comes again we will be back.
Todd is truly incredible at what he does. He made selling our home as seamless as possible. His knowledge of the area & his hometown pride sets him apart from anyone else in town. We truly felt that through the whole process Todd always had our best interests in mind & was always in our corner.
