I had a new tile roof replaced in January 2025 from Ian. In June the garage ceiling started to give way with small leaking cracks. Our HVAC was filled with water. The hvac company was here immediately to fix. They claimed it was the roof. The roofer still has not been here. I called EAM and Ernesto came out the next day and gave a thorough inspection and evaluation. I cannot say enough about his professional manner and service. One of a kind company.
