I had a new tile roof replaced in January 2025 from Ian. In June the garage ceiling started to give way with small leaking cracks. Our HVAC was filled with water. The hvac company was here immediately to fix. They claimed it was the roof. The roofer still has not been here. I called EAM and Ernesto came out the next day and gave a thorough inspection and evaluation. I cannot say enough about his professional manner and service. One of a kind company. One of a kind person. Thank you Ernesto.
We had a tile roof leak and Ernesto’s company responded and checked the roof before recommending anything. He is a very professional, respectful and competent individual. We got the info plus a quote and decided to hire their company EAM roofing. He and his crew responded within 1 day as agreed and really did a professional job. He sent us photos of all work that was done and a company receipt for payment. great people, excellent results
