I am disabled and back in November 2019, a month after moving into my apartment, I had gotten 2 of my doctor's to note that the symptoms that I was experiencing which were making my medical condition worse was something within my unit that could be fixed with reasonable accommodations. I went to the management who told me to write a request for the accommodations. EAH then sent forms to my doctor who filled them out. Nothing was done.
