Just a criminal. I'm being taken to court over him taking our money, renting equipment and subbing things out and not paying the rental company or his subs. The work was sloppy, needing to be redone more often than not. Some of his crew did good honest work, but they are criminally mismanaged. Jay came to my cabin to give me an estimate on a complete kitchen remodel. He took all the original drawings of my design. Promised he could do the job and would get back to me. I’ve called, emailed and left messages to no avail. It’s been a month and not a word. My worry is something bad happened to him, I will be truly sorry. If he’s fine, what a horrible horrible person. Just found out he’s fine. What a complete creep
