I lived in these apartments for over 2 years in that 2-year period of time I continuously had issues with work orders not being completed in a timely manner or at all. now it has been three months since I left the apartments and I still have not received my deposit back. by law in the state of California they have 21 days to return this they've come up with numerous reasons why they come up with numerous extra fees to add on because of covid for extra cleaning costs that are now being needed to turn over apartments but long ... read more
I worked with Tanisha Gladney through the leasing process. She has been such a pleasure to work with. Very kind, understanding and will do everything it takes to meet your needs. She is very prompt in responding to emails and phone calls. I decided on Eaglewood as the place to live after my interactions with Tanisha. I spoke with many other communities in the area and real estate agents before deciding to rent at Eaglewood. Tanisha played a big role in that decision.
The management is very incompetent. The application process was very difficult. They will not respond to calls and emails. We've made service requests and have had 5-6 notices of entry, but then the service never happens. You really have to be on their case to get any service. The rooms themselves are very nice.
i love everything about this place Erin is super helpful and Elizabeth is awsome at her job. The apartments are great and everytime we need help mainteinance is on it. We rarely need repairs but I like that they leave you candy after the job is done. Everyone at the office is so professional.
I have to say Ashley, and Erin, at Eaglewood are fantastic. Ashley went way out of her way to help us with a situation, is always polite, courteous, quick to respond, and super helpful. My boyfriend and I moved from the East Coast in September, and working with her long distance was wonderful. Since we've moved in, Ashley has supported us, and gone far above and beyond her necessary duties. I don't write any reviews at all, Or even the type of person to be doing that. But in this case, the 2 ladies in the office have been AMAZING! Never had a complain about the treatment or service. I needed to get something fixed in the apartment and they would send someone the same day or the next day. This is the safest apartments to live in. I loved my apartment very big place we had. So Thank you ladies for being so Great!!
Great place to live, the neighbors are nice and the girls in the office are amazing. A lot of people in the pool on the weekends and that's what makes it great. Honestly out of all the places in woodland eagle wood is the best. The amazing staff they have are always saying good morning and have a nice day really brightens you up before you go to work. I would recommend to anyone looking for the nicer place.
