We are not a resident, but our children live at these apartments. Preface - we called the apartment complex to inquire of possible MOLD EXPOSURE that our children may be inhaling. This source of information was relayed to us by our children’s mother who is a resident. Our children have been sick for some time now, a huge concern on our end. RecommendedIf I ever have a problem I put in a request and it’s taken care of within 24 hours. There’s also a number I can call any hour of the day if I don’t feel safe for any reason and they will send security out. Rent is decent for what you get. I have a lovely apartment and kind neighbors.
Great Maintenance and Management Team! They are happy to take care of their residents!
